Stonegate Apartments
Stonegate Apartments was bought by an out of state real estate company intent on quickly upgrading the property. Signage was a key component of the plan.
The main entrance signs welcome visitors and the wayfinding signs keep them from getting lost. Nice looking and easy to follow signs go a long way in creating a lasting positive impression.
Folio designed the main entrance signs, wayfinding signs throughout the property and interior signs for the Leasing Center and the Clubhouse.
