Stonegate Apartments was bought by an out of state real estate company intent on quickly upgrading the property. The signage designed by Folio was a key component of the plan (see: Stonegate Apartments).

The main entrance monument signs welcome visitors day and night. The custom fabricated channel letters and stone structure were manufactureded by HMT, which is now South Water Signs.
