Plastic Letters (Interior)

Elevators are located at the end of a long cooridor at the Government Center Self Park. To reassure parking patrons that they are in the right place, we specified large plastic letters that are easily seen from the far end of the cooridor.

We used plastic letters because they are cheaper and lighter than metal letters. The letters were cut using a router following our computor files. This allowed for the accurate replication of the custom lettering style. When the letters were painted, they looked just as nice as painted metal letters.

The lower photo shows a 1" thick 5" high plastic @ with a painted gold metallic finish. It is a decorative desk object symbolizing one's ever present connection to email.
